One ring is a web ring that will bind the "dark side of the blogosphere" together, uniting the "alternative lifestyle" blogs, bringing them out of the darkness and thus making it possible to find them.
As for "rule them all", well... we can't really say yet, but we will do our very best to make this web ring kick ass.

So, welcome to the freakshow, we're the freaks and we may eat small kids for breakfast.
One ring : This is adults only.
One ring is open-minded
It's for the dark side, including but not limited to: The perverts, the outsiders, the outcasts, the unusual, the subcultures, the whole shebang and the full monty.
Ie. (eg.) sex bloggers, BDSM bloggers, the gay and the queer, the bi- and the curious, even those straight as a ruler as long as their mindset is bent or alternative. And the occasional trans-gothic drama queen is welcome as well, of course. No worries, no exceptions, no prejudices. One ring.
It's adult, but not *only* "adult". These pages aren't pink. It's not just BDSM or goth either. These pages aren't black. And, it's not just for the anarchists or the revolutionaries either.
This is one ring, and one ring is open.
One ring will list the best sites
There's going to be a nice list of great sites, of course. But not only that: We will feature the best posts, or the most recent or whatever. We will most certainly use EXPLETIVES and ADULT LANGUAGE.
We will have members, and that will be the blog owners and they will RULE OK. Oh, and some people will probably want to try to shut us down.
One ring is for adults
It started as a spontaneous idea, without too much thought. Many good ideas start that way. Bad ones also.
Hey, but seriously... wouldn't it be nice if we could have some kind of thingy for all the alternative and sex bloggers that would not literally scream "black commercial helluva affialiate gimme-all-your-money scheme" ... something more "serious" in a way. Something that you'd actually want to use. Whatcha say?
So, yes it's for adults. But really it's more about freedom of speech than fap-material. We're really more interested in serious bloggers of any minority and subculture than we are into pr0n. There are lots of sites out there for that. This is something that might actually be interesting to other people than male teens.
Well, at least we can try. And if we can make it here we'll make it everywhere. Or whatever.
